You can now automate email reminders to avoid manual follow-ups and ensure your invitees show up prepared for the meeting. Turn it ‘ON’ in your invite and set it when you want the reminder to be sent before the meeting.
☑ Batch update invites with default availability and timezone
When you make updates to your default availability or timezone in the ‘Account settings’, you will now have the option to apply the changes across all your invites with just a click of a button. This is particularly helpful if your schedule changes regularly or you travel to different timezones and need to update multiple invites at once.
We have added four new languages to zcal - Dutch, Italian, Finnish, and Polish. You can switch to your preferred language from the account settings page.
