🚀 New in zcal : Availability improvements, Invite Reordering, New Custom Question Formats

We're thrilled to bring you some fantastic updates that will make your zcal experience smoother, faster, and more powerful. Here's what's new:
🗓️ Major Availability Improvements
Saved availability: Configuring your availability just got a lot faster! Our new Saved availability feature allows you to set your availability once in your account settings, and reuse it across multiple invite links. We’ve also made it easier to separate your recurring weekly hours from date-specific hours. Check out the help docs for more information about setting up your Saved availability.
Combine team member availability: Make scheduling Collective and Round Robin meetings a breeze by selecting the Saved availability option when setting up your team invite. When this option is selected, zcal will combine the account saved availabilities from all invite hosts when deciding which time slots to show.
📋 Reorder Profile Page Links
You can now reorder invite links on your profile page to showcase your most important links first. Whether it’s for clients, team meetings, or personal appointments, organizing your links has never been this simple.
✨ New Custom Question Formats
We’re giving you more ways to gather the information you need. Custom question formats now include Phone number, Checkbox group, and Dropdown menu.
👥 Optional Collective Invite Hosts
Want to add a co-host to events but ignore their availability? Now you can! Just mark a collective invite host as optional.
🔗 Integrations for Team Invite Links
You can now use your favorite integrations with team invite links including Zapier, Stripe, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
⚡ Under the hood improvements
Email Deliverability: Never miss an important notification again! We’ve enhanced our email deliverability to ensure that all your notifications reach your inbox reliably and promptly.
Site performance: Last but definitely not least, we’ve made major speed and site reliability improvements. Enjoy a faster, more robust scheduling experience.
