You asked, and we listened! Our team has been working hard for the past few months to launch multiple highly requested features.
Collect payments at the time of booking with our new Stripe integration. This is the best way to accept payments.
If you manage multiple calendars, you can now add events directly to your preferred calendar for each invite.
⚡ Pro Tips :
Back-to-back appointments can get overwhelming and less effective. Add buffer times before or after your events to give yourself time to prepare. When an invite has a buffer time set, zcal won't allow an invite time slot to be booked that overlaps with that buffer time.
Connect multiple calendars to check conflicts :
Between work and personal needs, we all have different calendars that make up our daily schedule. You can connect multiple calendars to your zcal account to check for conflicts and ensure you’re never double-booked.
Add video conferencing to your invite :
Make your workflow more efficient by integrating zcal with your choice of conferencing tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Select it in the location field of your invite and zcal will automatically add conferencing link and dial-in options to your meeting invite.
